Yes, all IQUNIX keyboards come with a one-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Are IQUNIX keyboards compatible with both macOS and Windows?
Absolutely. Most of our keyboards feature a physical toggle or shortcut to switch between macOS and Windows layouts, and we include extra keycaps for both operating systems in the box.
